- Responsible for strategy development, formulation, management and overall implementation of strategic plans and priorities of the department
- Analyzes and reviews, identifies and defines major market opportunities, spearheads new & existing product development to ensure a unique competitive and brand differentiation advantage
- Leads, directs and works hand in hand with internal teams, third party agencies, professional bodies and authorities, and all other relevant parties engaged in product development and lead generation of assigned service & product lines.
- Responsible for forecasting and managing strategic plan executions with his/her team to achieve overall business objectives and meet revenue goals.
- Build, train, lead and motivate a strong and high-performing marketing team
- Plan & execute pre-launch, launch & post launch activities
- Generate reports on market trends, demands for each product type and other relevant reports needed for market analysis, forecasting and strategy formulation.
- Formulate, maximize and closely track annual marketing budget
