The client is looking for talent to join its IN-HOUSE contact center and support services arm, specifically a CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE PROGRAM MANAGER.
You must have prior success in back office customer service environments with direct experience managing a team of customer service representatives (CSRs) as they ensure that customers receive an adequate level of service or help with their questions and concerns. In handling customers’ complaints, customer service representatives must attempt to resolve the problem according to guidelines established by the company.
Experience managing call center activities (developing, implementing & directing telemarketing programs/procedures), leading team leaders & CSRs is preferred but not required.
Willingness to work on graveyard shifts is a MUST.
Requirements: Bachelors/College Degree in any field;
Required skills: Computer literacy, performance and project management.
Required language(s): Very good verbal/written English.
Experience: At least 5 years experience in a related field. Presently a Supervisor/5 yrs+ experienced employee specializing in Customer Service.
