Responsibilities:
Provides first line customer care support through chat and email.
Utilizes tools and resources to make sure that the customers' concerns are resolved
Ensure highest quality is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required skill(s): 50 WPM
Fluent in written and spoken American English
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Excellent / proven technical knowledge in computers, specifically PC troubleshooting, knowledgeable in OS, Win95/98/2000/XP and Microsoft Office.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Technical Requirements:

Must have your own PC and high speed / stable internet connection.
