Condo Layout: Its about the size of a small house @ 165 square meters (1700 square feet). The building houses diplomats, Filipino senators, call center managers and foreigners.
From the front door, you walk into a relatively large living room. The living room adjoins a large balcony that overviews Makati. There is a hallway connecting to the living room and three separate bedrooms. The master bedroom adjoins one of the smaller bedrooms. This adjacent bedroom can also be used as a study or office.
