25,000+ PHP Legal Administrative Assistant. Full-time telecommuting position.

Seattle-based law firm committed to important public justice work looking for a consistent, stable, professional, highly qualified and capable “no-excuses” legal admin with a patient and positive disposition; in exchange, great respect for quality work, and regular pay increases and bonuses.

Skills required:
1). Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to take accurate notes and consistently follow-up instructions with confirmation memos;
2). Organizational skills, including structured electronic file management, and an interest in finding and adopting the best support tools available;
3). Transcription, min 55+WPM, and spreadsheet proficiency;
4). General subject on-line research.
5). I.T. skills a plus, but not necessity.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in an administrative support capacity with substantial responsibility. Need excellent English, written and spoken. MS Word, Excel. Must be able to work on US time, (Pacific Standard Time, PST), flexible schedule, and be available immediately. Need stable fast internet connection, stable computer, headset with microphone for Skype/Yahoo calls, quiet work area.
