Loral Langmeier, whom Trace consider one of his “virtual mentors” once said that there is no such thing as “self-made millionaire” - because all millionaires are “team-made”. In real estate investing, this is definitely true. You can not do it alone. There are so many aspects of real estate that it’s impossible to be good in all of them.
