the other posters are correct
I just returned from 3 wonderful weeks in the Philippines
the current there is 220v
Fortunatly for me my laptop charger and blackberry charger both are able to accept 110v-240v
BUT i did run into the adapter issue , the wall sockets are only 2 prong and your laptop is 3 prong , i purchased
a universal adapter and paid P96 or around 2 bucks usd.
Go have a wonderful time take plenty of pictures , and have a safe flight to and from
