You really must SEE TO APPRECIATE. (Marginally better from the condo-sharing offered in the same building for around 3-4k, where as much as 5 or 6 people are crammed in one tiny apartment.)

My room is big enough to fit two people. I was able to shoulder 13k for about a year but then I decided it has become too much & would like to share my twin-size bed with someone before we decided to renew our contract (contract expires this month of March 2010).
I would prefer someone who works night shifts (because I am a day person) para diba kahit papano para paring solo natin ung room :-)
I would definitely have to scrutinize prospective tenants since I have this thing with personal space & it's not everyday that I share my bed with strangers. LOL.
I am a very nice & open person though & I would say I trust easily, unless of course that trust is broken, then it is almost impossible to gain back.
I was also considering to trade in the twin-size bed for two separate beds, but then again these are all details & are much better discussed in person...
