We are looking for telesales reps to SELL Web Design & Online Marketing Services in the Australian market (not lead generation or appointment setting).

Applicants must speak very clear or unaccented English and be willing to work Monday through Friday at least 5 hours a day.

You will obtain leads from various local and online directories, we expect a minimum of 5 sales per week.

Initial duties will include:

- Calling on businesses to make about 50-70 calls per day, between 9am-7pm preferably 5-8hrs shift (GMT + 8HRS)
- Closing sale by proving them with reasons why they choose us
- Send materials via email and do follow ups if needed
- Send all sales details to manager
- Record all details on our CRM

Skills Needed:

- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated salesperson with a history of above goal sales performance
- Telesales experience with any size business.
- A natural ability to sell and build relationships
- Willingness to learn and strong interest in doing great work.
- High speed internet connection and access to MS Office, Adobe Reader or Acrobat on your computer.
- Strong command of English language (writing and speaking).
- Need computer with Skype.
- Ability to streamline work for efficiencies to take on more work.
- Experience with using Microsoft Office especially MS Word and MS Excel.
- Understanding of how to use email, zip files, and attachments.
- Work from home

Remuneration -

You will be an independent contractor.
Hourly rate plus very good commission paid weekly.
