This established company has provided equipment and supplies in the United States to restaurants, hotels,and bars for over 20 years. The company has enjoyed significant growth in the last 2 years and are looking for qualified professionals to join our expanding sales force.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary focus of this position is to generate sales from restaurants, hotels, and other commercial accounts by selling to customers that call in the company phone number. This is an opportunity that requires restaurant equipment and supply knowledge and rewards success. A successful Sales Representative will be compensated accordingly.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Sell restaurant equipment and supplies to customers calling in via phone.
- Work with prospective customers and sell equipment.
- Help customers with remodeling and new restaurant launches through equipment specification and sale.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of six years sales experience and a total of ten years of total restaurant experience required.
Industry experience is an absolute requirement.
- Self-motivated and ambitious with clear sense of integrity and professional responsibility.
- Evidence and practice of organizational skills and multi-tasking.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills; outstanding communicator.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Quickbooks helpful.
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation for sales reps varies from $12,000 to over $40,000 per year.
