Hi! I've never posted an ad to meet someone before but let's just say I'm intrigued. I know a couple of people who have made successful connections thru Craig's List. Anyway, back to me =) I'm looking to make new guy friends who I can relate to. I've never really done much with other guys (it's mostly been girls), so I can't really say I'm an expert on guy to guy relationships. I mean, I do have a lot of guy friends but they're as straight as an arrow and I'm probably a bit bent. It would most likely freak them out if I suddenly blurt out that I find a guy cute. =) So about me, I'm 6'2, fair-skinned, mix of Spanish, American, and Filipino blood. I'm also a chub. Hope that doesn't turn anyone off. My height makes up for it though. I like to read, watch a lot of movies (horror, action, sci-fi and the occasional romantic comedy), hang out at coffee places, eat (more of a resto person but I like some fast food places), travel (favorites are Hawaii and Hong Kong, haven't really liked anything locally...maybe Palawan), playing badminton (I surprise people with this one), and having long conversations (I like to talk, a lot, but I'm a good listener too). Oh, and I work in Makati and live in Alabang.
So what am I looking for? Someone who's educated (La Sallites, Ateneans, UP peeps, or foreign-schooled guys are welcome... I come from one of those too), someone who has a good grasp of the English language (I can speak Filipino but my default mode is English since that's how I was brought up....I sometimes run out of Filipino words a lot), someone who is open-minded and objective, someone who likes at least some of the things I like to do. I'm not really into looks but if you're cute or mestizo, it's a plus. =) It would be a plus too if you were somewhat tall though like 5'8 and up. I know height doesn't matter but I'd like to be able to talk to someone without having to look down for a long time. But this is just a plus, if you're shorter, it's fine. It doesn't matter either if you're straight, bi, gay, curious etc.
