Hi there, I'm heading to the Philippines for April 03 for about 3 weeks.I would like to learn a few Philippine recipes, including shopping for the ingredients at a local market cooking together, ,learning and of course eating.. I know how to make Chicken Adobo (but perhaps I put to much vinegar), (or i should not add garlic) and Pancit (but they are not the same as what I am sure you create), but I'm very willing to learn your secret for this dish and any other dish that is your family favorite (and the street BBQ BBQ marinade, that is so yummy)/ I'll be staying at the this Baywatch place but can obtain a taxi or driver to take me to your place. I'm an honest Canadian white guy, 6 feet tall, and I try to take cooking lessons everywhere in the work I go. I actually tried this about 5 years ago when I went to Makati and Cebu, but my work prevented me from doing it, so I want to try again and I am fortunate to arrive in your beautiful country again (this time only vacation)
