it comes with a library of dvd movies (yes i provide dvd's so you dont have to buy or bring your own and updated regularly)

it has the usual action movies but i doubt you will be watching too many movies but the option is there to compliment your stay
it comes with enhanced sound system that you can plug your ipod into (yes bring your ipod and play you own music in the condo just make sure you bring the mini jack accessory that lets you plug your ipod into mini sound system)
comes with use of pool facilities (has 3 pools 2 for adults 1 for the kids and they are also building a small sand play area for the kids)
other expensive hotels will offer internet i am the only one that offers internet with wireless router so you can connect more than one laptop via wifi

now the gps is not perfect due to map limitations the map loaded into the gps is made and compiled by local gps enthusiasts and distributed for free
there is no big commercial professional company service out here providing gps or maps so dont expect it to give accurate turn by turn directions or door to door service
but what it will show you is the map of manila and philippines and where you are on that map real time and it will tell you if you are going in the right direction or wrong direction relative to your destination so it is a great reference
so if you are lost you dont have to ask directions just turn your car towards the right direction based on what the map says but make sure you pull over in a safe place first to avoid any accidents and study the map and calculate the best route
the gps does not know if streets are one ways because they change it here all the time so police can extort money for one way traffic violations
another problem here is most street intersections you can not turn left but instead you keep driving straight until you can find a designated u turn area but the problem with those areas is that there is a huge bottleneck there because they are few and far in between
my strategy with gps is to pick major roads like edsa or toll expressways and avoid routes that will require making left turns
i will also provide a regular map book to help you find your destinations and then plot it on the gps
between the gps and the map book as reference you can take back these unforgiving mean streets of manila and make it your own
if you get lost and you dont have the gps you would need to roll down your window and announce to the general public that you are a lost foreigner or balikbayan and that you are carrying a lot of cash
so please keep you and your family safe and on time with the gps i provide for free with your stay
there is a convenient affordable laundry service available that i use personally
owner's name is Edwin and he picks up and delivers to the condo at an affordable 30 pesos per kilogram with next day return(about $3 per load)
why waste time and do your own laundry when you make a phone call and he is there in less than 30 mins to pick it up because he is only 1 block away
he can deliver it anytime the next day at your convenience so it does not disrupt the flow of your vacation schedule
just call him before or after your excursion and he will deliver in 30 mins

my condo also has the best location because it is right across the street from powerplant mall which i consider is the best mall in the country because the mall does not have mass transportation access so it is not crowded like the other malls here
on the weekends every filipino goes to the mall and there are so many people that it can be overwhelming
so if you like your personal space dont got to an SM mall on a weekend
the powerplant mall caters to the rich people of manila because of no mass transportation access and very expensive parking fees so there are lots of private non out sourced security guards
the powerplant mall is so nice that they do not have a food court but a restaurant row you can really feel the difference and atmosphere at this mall compared to the other malls
the powerplant offers a more relaxing experience because of the quality of the stores and the well to do people that shop there
the only transportation allowed at rockwell are private vehicles and taxi's
there is also plenty of secure temporary or overnight parking
what makes this also very convenient is people know where it is so if you have to meet anyone just tell them to meet u or pick u up at joya or powerplant mall and you never have to worry about giving complicated directions or them trying to call you because they are lost
now if you stayed at some no name hotel or out of the way cheaper condo you will waste not only your entire afternoon but your entire vacation trying to explain to them which service road to take so they can find the nearest jollibee that has no parking and cramped full of jeepneys and tricycles and if you do find parking it is usually managed by tambay or rugbee boys

other hotels/condos provide the cheapest most uncomfortable hardest noisiest mattress they can find so they can maximize the return on their investment and they say their condos can sleep more people because it comes with a sofa bed
now i do not know about you but there is no way i can sleep on a tiny small sofa bed saying sofa bed is like saying lets break my back type of sleep
i invested in two very expensive comfortable queen size beds to make sure that you and your overnight guest or guests are comfortable and can get a restful nights sleep so you can recover from jetlag faster and enjoy the next days fun filled day of activities
i also designed the bed frame myself with side and head extensions to accomodate taller people so their feet do not have to be sticking out the end of the bed
speaking of comfortable most condos and hotels only provide a window type air conditioner and the problem with those is there is no temperature control so in the middle of the night it gets too cold so you have to turn it off but then a few minutes later it gets too hot
my unit comes with remote controlled split type air conditioner so you can digitally control a comfortable temperature setting and if it gets too cold no problem because u dont have to get up just push the button to set the temp a few degrees up
but if you are still cold i not only provide one blanket i provide 2 blankets allready included with unit
a big problem with manila is that there is a lot of pollution which creates a lot of dust in the air
so what i added to reduce the dust in the air and to make sure that you and your family is breathing dust free air at the condo is i added a 3M micron dust filter in addition to the screen filter of the air conditioning unit that i personally change regularly
the unit is personally cleaned by me to make sure it is cleaned and vaccumed properly
i included an iron and ironing board in case your clothes are too wrinkled from overpacking
the unit comes with a hairdryer just in case your own hair dryer is not voltage compatible
but keep in mind that the voltage here is 220v so check all your devices for voltage compatibility before plugging it in i dont want you to blow up your expensive electronic equipment
so as you can see i can keep going on and on why the product i am offering has so much value convenience completeness and quality
and the best part about it is that i am giving you all this superior product and service for a fraction of the cost compared to the shangrila or manila peninsula

after you arrive at the international airport i suggest you take the designated airport taxi because they are newer cleaner and safer
you just walk up to the airport taxi receptionist and tell them that your destination is rockwell makati joya building south tower
they will issue you a receipt that has your destination location and fare price of around $6-$8 allready to hand to the taxi driver so you dont have to worry about any funny taxi meter activities
dont forget to tip joya porters that help you with your luggage 20 to 50 pesos (50cents to $1) each so they can can get merienda and yosi
with other staff like personal trainer masseuse or hair stylist it is nice to tip around a 100 pesos($2) considering they only make $3 to $5 per day
at restaurants i dont tip anymore because for the small tiny appetizer size protions they allready include hefty vat and service charges into the bill
so make sure you have small bills handy
transportation is easily accessable just inform the lobby receptionist Ruby by room intercom that you will need a taxi and she will have one paged in front of the lobby
taxi will be waiting for you by the time you come down the elevator
so you dont have to go out in the middle of the street and try to wave down a taxi yourself
and since the you are in the heart of manila all major thoroughfares are within a reasonable taxi ride away like the greenbelt greenhills fort bonifacio or mall of asia
allow 15 to 30 minutes of waiting for a taxi during peak times so you don't accidently missyour flight
no smoking and no pets

You may rent it for 50 dollars a week plus 200 dollars for golf clubs security deposit. Bring your golf balls, gloves and golf shoes.
All security deposits will be refunded at end of your stay less cost of equipment damages. Playing golf in the Philippines is great.
There are five public golf courses in Metro Manila area and numerous private golf courses ( you need to be accompanied by a member to be able to play in one of the private golf courses).
