I own a sales company and I would like to take our whole sales process which as of today is using a physical document and have the customer sign and will have to email a copy of the form as well. What i am hoping to accomplish to have our sales form now become electronic where it can be found:
1. go to the website
2 click on agreements
3. with financing plus (a) financing/warranty or (b) payout right
4 customer is taken to the portal where info is collected
5. once everything need has been collected then a button would be avail int he corner of the screen
6 all info I transferred to the sales doucment.. auto-populates all info
If im happy with work completed things i would like to see in addition process to become automated and have them completed one by one.
A process somewhat in the same manner but pertaining to new hires... new hire packets, tax forms, subcontractor forms, payroll info.

have our own crm that can track the following:
tracking of appointments scheduled
able to address of appointment with google maps and give everyone involved eta
tracking disposition of a lead
sales or no sale or follow up (what date time location) reminders are automatically made to followup
tracking of status of contract- customer opened in or not
scheduling of install and assigning it to an installer in our system.
what equipment is needed
when the install is completed
what equipment was actually installed and listing the unused or extra equipment
if job not completed a sitrep report will need to be completed and forward to management to know what jobs have been complete and which needed more time.
